Emma Morrow

Emma Morrow is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Infinity since November 2020. In this role, Emma is responsible for shaping a people-focused culture and ensuring mutual benefits for colleagues and the business through high-performing teams and engaged employees. Prior to Infinity, Emma held various leadership positions at Co-op from December 2006 to December 2019, including People Director and Lead People Partner for Co-op Health, where contributions focused on organizational design and cultural development within the context of a tech start-up. Emma's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where foundational HR skills were developed. Emma earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Salford University.
