Joylyn Andeza CHRP®, CSB is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HRAD Supervisor at InfiniVAN, Inc. since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing HR processes and stepping in for senior leaders on confidential matters. Previously, Joylyn held roles as an HRAD Generalist and HRAD Assistant within the same organization, handling various HR services and supporting recruitment and administrative tasks. Additionally, since July 2021, Joylyn has been an Affiliate Partner with Canva, aiding diverse groups in graphic design through free courses and subscription promotions. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Associate at TETRA Technologies Distributions Inc. from August 2017 to October 2018, managing administrative tasks and employee data. Joylyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rizal Technological University, completed in 2017.
