Aljoša Lijić

Albert J. is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in service delivery and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global Service Delivery at LSEG since June 2019, Albert oversees a finance shared services center managing approximately £7 billion in revenue and £3.9 billion in costs, leading a team of over 500 employees. Previously, Albert held significant roles at Accenture, including Vice President of Service Delivery & Transformation, managing a USD 25 million portfolio and a global team of over 1,000 professionals, and Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services overseeing finance and accounting operations for multinational accounts. Other notable positions include Head of Operations & Site Lead at Unilever, General Manager at Accenture, and Senior Manager at IBM, where Albert demonstrated expertise in optimizing service delivery and operational excellence. Albert holds multiple professional qualifications, including ACA and ACMA, along with a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bharathiar University.
