Dominik Hodja

Dominik Hodja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as the Java Team Lead at Infinum since April 2018, Dominik manages a team of 12 developers, focusing on team member well-being, education, and career development, alongside responsibilities in hiring and resource planning. Dominik also plays a key role in improving internal processes and collaborating with colleagues on project organization. Prior to this position, Dominik was a Java Engineer at OptimIT from April 2015 to March 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2010 and 2014.
