Alexander Mikhalev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Web Developer at RBC-SOFT.

In 2003, they joined Microsharp Corporation Limited as an IT/IS Executive, where they worked until 2007.

During the same period, they also worked as a PhD student at Cranfield University, focusing on developing algorithms for geolocation.

Following their PhD, from 2007 to 2012, they served as a Research Fellow at Cranfield University.

In 2011, they joined Shopitize Ltd as the Head of Architecture and Development, where they built large-scale IT infrastructure.

From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Nationwide Building Society in various roles, including Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, Head of Prototyping Engineering, and AI/ML Architect.

In 2022, they joined Klarian Ltd as an AI/ML Architect.

Also in 2022, they worked as a Solutions Architect at InfinyOn Inc. and as a Director at Applied Knowledge Systems Ltd.

Throughout their career, Alexander has gained extensive experience in AI/ML architecture, solutions architecture, and IT infrastructure development.

Alexander Mikhalev received their Master's degree in Computer Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University between 1996 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Mathematics Geolocation in Wireless Networks at Cranfield University from 2005 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in TOGAF 9.1 from The Open Group in May 2015.
