Georgios Kogketsof

Georgios Kogketsof is a seasoned Quality Engineering Leader and Test Automation Architect with over 20 years of experience in developing and scaling high-performing QA teams. They founded QAegis L.P. and currently serve as a QA Strategist at Infiterra, focusing on strategic quality initiatives. Georgios has held significant roles such as Head of QA at both Light & Wonder and Persado, where they implemented advanced test frameworks and automation-first strategies. They began their career as a Research Assistant at the Research Center of the Greek Army and have since worked in various engineering and QA-centric positions across the defense and technology sectors. Georgios holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Robotics from The University of Toledo.
