Bryan Latiolais

Bryan Latiolais has over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Bryan currently works as a Staff Drilling Engineer at Inflection Energy LLC, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Drilling Engineer at Southwestern Energy from May 2017 to March 2022, where they led the NEAPP Drilling Team and engineered over 200 Marcellus Shale drilling programs. Bryan also provided guidance to wellsite managers/superintendents in day-to-day operations.

Before joining Southwestern Energy, Bryan worked as a Drilling Consultant at Bedrock Petroleum Consultants - an NES Fircroft Company from July 2016 to May 2017. In this role, they conducted research on offset well reports, optimized drilling performance, and provided support to area drilling engineers.

From January 2013 to January 2016, Bryan served as a Senior Drilling Engineer at Southwestern Energy. Bryan'sresponsibilities included preparing and managing horizontal drilling programs in the Marcellus Shale play, monitoring daily drilling operations, and optimizing well pad layout. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Support Center Engineer at Southwestern Energy from November 2011 to January 2013, where they provided technical and operational support to multiple drilling rigs, conducted hydraulic and torque analysis, and provided anti-collision reports in real-time.

Earlier in their career, Bryan worked at National Oilwell Varco as a Drilling Solutions Engineer and at Weatherford as an MWD Field Engineer and Global Applications Engineer. At National Oilwell Varco, they provided drilling optimization analysis and field engineering support on U.S. land rigs. At Weatherford, they were responsible for providing MWD engineering services and drilling engineering support on extended reach horizontal wells, including running drilling tools and training field personnel.

Bryan Latiolais obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2008.
