Samantha Heinrich

Samantha Heinrich has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Samantha began their professional career at Community Extension Programs in Tucson, AZ, where they served as the Director of PAL/ASAP, overseeing childcare services for over 2,000 students annually. Samantha implemented innovative initiatives such as the establishment of a parent advisory board and a fundraising program. Samantha also supervised and developed a team of approximately 100 staff members. Following this role, Samantha joined the Kyrene Elementary School District, first as the Program Supervisor of Community Education, where they spearheaded various programs such as Academic Intervention, Adult and Senior Enrichment, and Youth Enrichment. Samantha actively pursued funding opportunities to ensure the longevity of these programs. Samantha then moved on to become the Assistant Director of Prevention Services, where they successfully launched a grant-funded project in collaboration with multiple governmental agencies. Samantha's responsibilities included promoting community engagement and providing leadership and supervision for the Health and Prevention Services divisions of 25 Kyrene schools. Samantha later transitioned to the private sector and worked as an Account Manager at Townsquare Media, where they undoubtedly utilized their strong communication and client management skills. More recently, Samantha joined Inflection HR as a Business Solutions Manager, a role that helped their leverage their expertise in developing comprehensive solutions for business needs. Additionally, Samantha has also had self-employment experience as a Freelance Contractor, specializing in grant writing for local non-profit agencies. Throughout their career, Samantha has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive results, foster relationships, and provide effective leadership in various settings.

Samantha Heinrich started their education at Northern Arizona University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a minor in Chemistry. Samantha did not specify completing a degree program during this time. Additionally, Samantha obtained certifications in Hubspot Sales Software and Inbound from HubSpot in December 2017.
