Victor Vilas Boas Cavalcanti has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they were the Founder and CEO of Infleet - Gestão de Frotas. From 2016-2015, they held various roles at Andrade Gutierrez S.A. and Continental, including Equipment Manager (Intern) and Industrial Engineer Intern, respectively. In 2014, they completed an internship at the Institut für Materialwissenschaft - Essen in the field of ferromagnetic materials. Lastly, from 2012-2013, they were a Research Fellow at GITEC - Group of Technological Innovation, where they were responsible for product development methods, structural analyzes, CAD/CAE simulations, and the elaboration of management methods, among other activities.
Victor Vilas Boas Cavalcanti obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2018 and 2019. Victor studied Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Federal da Bahia from 2012 to 2017 and also attended University of Duisburg-Essen from 2014 to 2015 for Mechanical Engineering.
