Jason Carroll

Jason Carroll is a Principal at IA, where Jason supports leaders and their teams in achieving unique outcomes that align with their culture and strategic objectives. Prior to their current role, Jason held various positions at Fidelity Investments, including Director of Workforce Planning and Director of Investment Research & Development. Jason also served as Senior Software Engineer at BAE Systems and held a role in product support at Lockheed Martin. Jason earned their MBA in Business Administration and Management from Duke University and holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
