Joe Hogg

Joe Hogg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and investment banking. Currently, Joe serves as President and Founder of Inflexion Financial, a management consulting firm established in January 2023, focusing on promoting growth and maximizing cost efficiency for clients through strategic M&A. Joe is also the President and Founder of J. Ryland Capital, a family office since April 2016. Prior roles include Managing Partner and Co-founder at Global Wired Advisors and Providium Group LLC, where expertise was provided to lower middle market companies in e-commerce and investment banking, respectively. Joe previously held the position of Global Head of Funding at Wells Fargo Securities and served as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, focusing on structured finance solutions. Joe began a career in finance as a Chicago Mercantile Exchange Floor Trader at Citi. Joe holds a B.S. in Finance, graduating summa cum laude from Virginia Tech.
