Andrew Mainwaring

Andrew is a Partner and focuses on originating and executing transactions and helping to accelerate growth in lower mid-market companies, with a particular focus on financial and business services.

Andrew co-led our investments in Sparta Global, PMC Treasury, ITM, Alston Elliot, K2 Partnering Solutions, and Succession. He also co-led the investment and subsequent sale of Marston Group and Red Commerce, as well as investments in Avantus, Optionis, Pims Group and Harrington Brooks.

Previously, Andrew spent five years at Catalyst Fund Management and Research, a private equity investor specialising in the financial services sector. Prior to Catalyst, Andrew trained as a Chartered Accountant at Smith and Williamson.

Andrew enjoys skiing, playing golf and following rugby and cricket. He holds a BSc in Business from University College, Swansea.
