Inflexion
As Partner, Flor is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and leading majority and minority investment opportunities with a particular focus on financial and business services. She led Inflexion's investment in Auxadi, O'Neill Patient, Ocorian and its subsequent acquisition of Estera, and British Engineering Services, where she sits as board member. Flor co-led our investment in Alcumus and originated our investment in Lane Clark & Peacock. Flor also led the investment and subsequent successful IPO of Sanne Group plc.
Before joining Inflexion in 2011, Flor worked for five years at HgCapital, where she was an Associate Director focusing on business services across Europe. Prior to that Flor spent two years at Bain & Company advising private equity clients on commercial due diligence engagements and two years in JP Morgan’s investment banking team in New York.
Flor has significant international experience having lived and worked in Argentina, New York, Philadelphia and London. She is a specialist within niche business services sectors, including fund administration.
An Argentine national, Flor is a Wharton /Lauder MBA graduate with honors and is fluent in French and Spanish.
