Isabelle Pagnotta

Isabelle is a Partner responsible for leading the origination and execution of majority and minority investment opportunities across Europe, with a particular focus on Business Services.

Isabelle has over 18 years of Private Equity experience. Before joining Inflexion in 2021, she was a Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity in London for nine years where she led Services and Software transactions across the UK and continental Europe. Key transactions include Trescal, ERM, Civica and V.Group.

Prior to joining OMERS, Isabelle worked at Bridgepoint for four years in London and Paris, and Arcapita for six years. She began her career at Bear Stearns in London.

Isabelle is a dual French and British citizen. She has lived and worked in the UK, France and Spain. She speaks fluent French and Spanish.

She has a Master of Science in Business Administration from ESCP Business School.

Isabelle loves travelling and backpacking, sailing with her family and is a keen skier. She also enjoys classical music.
