Briana Pisauro

Briana Pisauro has worked in the Human Resources field since 2015. Briana began their career as a Human Resources External Consultant at Claremont Graduate University, where they completed several HR oriented consultations, conducting needs assessments and implementing strategic improvements. Briana then worked as a Talent Management Analytics Graduate Intern at Midnight Oil, where they operated several of the data analytics functions, researching and advising on talent patterns found within the organization. In 2018, Briana moved to Codis Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and then to Sax LLP in 2019 in the same role. In 2021, they joined N26 as a Senior Recruiting Partner (US Branch Closed). Most recently, Briana was hired as a Talent Lead at Inflow in 2022.

Briana Pisauro has a long and varied educational history. Briana obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2013. Briana then went on to receive a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Temple University in 2015. Following this, they earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University in 2017. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Behavior Studies from Claremont Graduate University in 2020. In addition, they hold a certification in Entelo Basics from Entelo, which they obtained in February 2022.
