Volodymyr Dreval

Volodymyr Dreval has a strong background in customer success and service delivery. Volodymyr started their career as a Customer Support Agent & Team Lead at SupportYourApp from June 2014 to May 2015. Volodymyr then moved on to become a Service Delivery Manager at the same company from June 2015 to July 2018. Dreval joined Attendify in July 2018 as a Customer Success — Onboarding Specialist until December 2018, and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager from January 2019 to February 2022. Most recently, they have been working at Influ2 as a Customer Success Manager since March 2022. In March 2023, Dreval was promoted to the role of Solutions Architect at Influ2.

Volodymyr Dreval holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Social Communications, which they acquired from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism at the same university from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Volodymyr has obtained several certifications. Volodymyr earned a Mastership in Customer Success for Impact from Winning by Design in February 2022 and became a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 through SuccessHACKER in January 2023. Furthermore, they received certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in October 2021 and obtained Inbound Sales Certified status from the same institution in December 2019.
