Darren T. is the Global Chief Operating Officer at Influx, responsible for leading global operations across 17 countries while focusing on efficiency and growth. Darren previously served as the General Manager of Business Performance & Operations at Scope, where efforts were directed towards transforming the Home@Scope model under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Prior experience includes positions such as Head of Strategy & Insights at Weengs, Process Improvement Leader at Ticketmaster, Continuous Improvement Leader at Aurecon, and various engineering roles at Lion, where significant contributions were made towards operational improvements using lean principles. Darren began a career in engineering roles at Yarra Valley Water and PZ Cussons after earning a Bachelor's degree with honors in Chemical Engineering from Monash University.
