Anais Dotis

Lead Developer Advocate at InfluxData

Anais Dotis has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Anais began their career as a Research Assistant at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). In 2015, they joined The University of Texas at Austin as a Research Assistant, where they developed a procedure for determining antibodies elicited by Pneumovax™ vaccine and characterized antibodies based on type and function data. Anais also worked on a project related to the launch of start-up, Orros Biotherapeutics. In 2016, they served as a SCM Data Analyst Intern at SACHEM, Inc., where they gathered supply chain data from all of the global branches and cleaned and analyzed data to develop an interactive Cost-to-Serve tool and Demand Forecast simulator. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant/Tecan Programmer Intern at Asuragen, where they automated protocol for clinical diagnostics for Fragile X syndrome and worked with the data scientists to develop parameters for the detection algorithms. In 2017, they were a Business Development Consultant at Oracle. Most recently, they have been a Lead Developer Advocate at InfluxData since 2018.

Anais Dotis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin in 2016. Anais also obtained a Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from The University of Texas at Austin. In February 2022, they obtained an InfluxDB University Instructor certification from InfluxData.
