Shriram Balasubramanian has worked in the IT industry since 2004. Shriram began their career at PC World as a Sales Advisor, Account Manager, and Technical Support. In 2008, they moved to Kremlin Group as an IT Technical Support Analyst. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at NHS Grampian in various roles, including System Support Analyst, Project Support Manager, and IT Service Desk Analyst. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at SchlumbergerSoftware as a Deployment Engineer, providing consultation to O&G customers and designing best practices for complex deployments. Finally, since 2019, they have been a Technical Support Engineer at InfluxData.

Shriram Balasubramanian obtained a Master Of Science in Management from Robert Gordon University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor Of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Bhartidasan University, India between 1997 and 2001.
