Hugo Morales

Hugo Morales has worked at various companies since 2002. In 2006, they were an IT Desktop Support at the Community College of Denver, where they acquired great documentation and customer support skills. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Watchtower as a Translation Project Coordinator, overseeing the work of a large team of translators. In 2015, they became a Local Instructional Supervisor at Berlitz Corporation, where they were responsible for overseeing the operations of a language instruction center. Since 2016, they have been the Chief Operating Officer and Software QA Manager & IT Manager at InfoArch, where they have implemented a comprehensive hiring process and identified new business opportunities.

Hugo Morales obtained a Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the Metropolitan State University of Denver between 2002 and 2008. In February 2023, they also obtained a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
