Ahmad Redzuan Ab Malek

Ahmad Redzuan Ab Malek has a strong background in IT support and administration. Ahmad Redzuan started their career in 2013 as a Technician at Khind Holdings Berhad, where they provided internal user support in headquarters and branches. In 2018, they joined Oncogen Pharma Malaysia as an IT Support Specialist, where they were responsible for IT support, server administration, networking, and Windows support. In 2019, Ahmad joined KLACH Courier Services (M) Sdn Bhd as an IT Technical Executive, where they handled various IT-related jobs, including SOP and policy creation, IT audit, software and hardware management, server and firewall maintenance, printer and device management, and technical support for Cash in Transit (CIT) operations. In 2021, they worked as an Information Technology Executive at HPMT Industries, where they created IT policies, provided IT support, and managed server system backup and restore. Currently, Ahmad is working as an Information Technology Administrator at INFO-TECH SYSTEMS INTEGRATORS, starting in 2022.

Ahmad Redzuan Ab Malek attended Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
