Deepak Raj

Deepak Raj has a diverse work experience in recruitment and software development. Deepak started their career in 2010 as a Software Consultant at Infosys Consulting, where they worked on Java, C++, and SQL application design and development. Deepak also developed a component for error handling in client applications. In 2011, they joined eInfochips as a Software Developer, focusing on C++ application design and development for various domains.

After gaining experience in software development, Deepak transitioned to the field of recruitment. Deepak worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TEKWISSEN, where they handled requirements and contract positions for different employment types. Deepak then joined KAnand Corporation as a Senior Resource Executive, where they were involved in full cycle technical recruitment for the IT industry. Deepak sourced and screened candidates, negotiated rates, and coordinated interviews.

In 2015, Deepak became a Lead Technical Recruiter at Zieta Technologies, where they continued to manage the entire recruitment process for different IT skill sets and employment types. Deepak also conducted candidate screening and shortlisting. Most recently, they have been working at Info Way Solutions as an Account Manager, Lead Technical Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Deepak has been responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including requirement analysis, candidate follow-up, and vendor management.

Deepak Raj holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Aarupadai Veedu Institute Of Technology.
