Nidhi's earlier roles include Technical Recruiter at MITYUNG, where significant contributions were made in establishing HR processes, and Human Resources Specialist at AEROCOMFORT (P) LIMITED, overseeing the complete recruitment cycle. Nidhi holds a PGDBM in Management Information Systems from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies and a BCA in Computer Science from SRPA Adrash Bhartiya College.
