Stephen Siegmund

Stephen Siegmund has a strong background in program management and leadership roles. In 2001, they started their career as a Program Analyst and Director of Special Projects at InfoBase Publishers, Inc. Stephen then worked at Binary Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2013, initially as a Senior Policy Analyst and Publications Control Officer, and later as a Program Manager. During this time, they managed programs and projects in the U.S. Army PEO EIS and collaborated on and managed the publication of Army-wide policies and guidance.

In 2013, they joined Mission1st Group, Inc. as a Lead Systems Engineer, where they supported the U.S. Army PEO EIS Project Director Enterprise Services. In 2015, they transitioned to Connected Logistics, where they served as a Project Manager and Quality Assurance SME. Stephen continued to support the U.S. Army PEO EIS Project Director Enterprise Services.

In 2016, they returned to Mission1st Group, Inc., this time as a Program Manager, supporting the U.S. Army PEO EIS Project Director Enterprise Services. Stephen then progressed to the role of Vice President of Content Delivery at InfoBase Publishers, Inc. in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at InfoBase Publishers, Inc. starting in July 2023.

Stephen Siegmund earned their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Whittier College from 1994 to 1998. Stephen then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Political Economy from Claremont Graduate University from 1998 to 2000.
