Dragan Palibrk

Dragan Palibrk is an experienced professional in the telecommunications field, currently serving as a Customer Support Engineer and previously as a System Operations Engineer at Infobip since June 2017. Prior to Infobip, Dragan worked at TeleTrader Software GmbH as a System Monitoring Operations IT Support specialist from August 2013 to May 2017, handling system, customer, data, and network maintenance. Dragan's earlier experience includes a commercialist role at NEBO its d.o.o. in 2012, where responsibilities involved sales and networking equipment, and a technical support position at BeocityNet ISP from March 2008 to January 2012, focusing on customer service, device configuration, and technical documentation. Dragan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications from ICT College of Vocational Studies in Belgrade and an Associate’s Degree in Telecommunications from Postal College in Belgrade, along with a high school diploma from Electrotechnical School "Rade Koncar."
