Ermin Hamzic

Ermin Hamzic currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Growth at Infobip, a position held since July 2016, where responsibilities include driving strategic execution in customer adoption, retention, satisfaction, and advocacy. Prior roles at Infobip encompass Head of Customer Growth APAC, Head of Customer Success SAPAC, Product Sales Expert, and Regional Sales Enablement Specialist for APAC, demonstrating a strong focus on solution selling, market development, and sales performance enhancement. Ermin's earlier experience includes a Sales Manager role for the MENA region and a Junior Sales Manager position targeting GCC countries, alongside a Sales Intern role at KS.
