Igor Pozar

Igor Pozar is an experienced professional at Infobip since June 2015, currently serving as a Services Engineer (RCS), where responsibilities include bridging communication between product teams and regional sales engineers, leading delivery for high-priority clients, and managing the RCS Community of Practice. Igor has held several roles, including Senior Implementation Consultant and Technical Account Manager, focusing on customer setup and service management. Additionally, experience includes positions as Customer Success Manager and Account Manager in the WECA region, where client portfolio management and business development were key duties. Prior to Infobip, Igor worked at SmartFlex Croatia, gaining experience as a Community Manager and Sales Representative. Igor holds a Master of Trade from the University of Zagreb and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the same institution.
