Kristina Nelsen

Kristina Nelsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership development, operations, and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Partnership Development Manager at Infobip since October 2025, Kristina focuses on enhancing strategic partnerships in North America to improve customer experiences through omnichannel communications. Prior to this role, Kristina held the position of Chief of Staff at 1440, where responsibilities included driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency, along with serving as Director of Sales and Operations, leading sales strategies for the Commerce Studio product line. Kristina's career also includes roles as Director of Sales & Operations, Account Executive, and Customer Success Manager at Cloud Conversion, and experience as an Insurance Agent and Agency Owner at Farmers Insurance. Kristina earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
