Matea Kovac is an experienced professional in product management and customer success, currently serving as Head of Product & Customer Success at Infobip since July 2019, responsible for the global execution of SaaS Go-To-Market strategies. Previous roles at Infobip include Group Product Success Manager, where Matea developed strategic frameworks and led product marketing initiatives, and Product Success Manager, focusing on client relationships and strategic sales plans. Additionally, Matea holds a position as a University Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb, teaching courses in strategic and international management.
