Lauri Overman Sarff

Lauri Overman Sarff is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Infoblox since May 2017, Lauri has previously held various senior HR roles, including Senior Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Prior to this, Lauri spent 26 years at Russell Investments, where responsibilities included partnering with the Americas Institutional business unit, leading HR strategies, and managing performance and talent development initiatives. Lauri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel and Organizational Management from Gonzaga University.
