Steve Henkel

Steve Henkel is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting within the go-to-market (GTM) sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Infoblox since July 2025, Henkel focuses on talent acquisition for the Americas region. Previously, a short tenure at BeyondTrust involved a contract role in GTM talent acquisition. From September 2008 to January 2025, Henkel was the Managing Principal at Coronado Search, managing executive recruiting across various high-performing sectors. Additional experience includes a role in global talent acquisition at Pulse Secure in 2020 and leading sales recruitment for ForeScout Technologies Inc. in the East, Central, and Canadian regions from 2018 to 2020. Henkel holds a BA in History/Pre-Med from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
