Alayna Bolyard, MBA, has a diverse work experience history that spans various industries and roles. Alayna began their career in 2015 as an intern at The Center for Volunteer Caregiving, where they independently managed the organization's program of "Home Safety Checks" and assisted with office management and the Transportation Program. During this time, their independent research efforts led to a $13,000 yearly grant for students.
In 2015, Alayna also worked as an Independent Researcher and a One-on-One Behavior Analyst for children with autism at Meredith College.
From 2016 to 2019, they served as Office Manager at Budget Blinds, where they played a vital role in office operations.
Their most recent position was at Infocenter, where they held multiple roles. Alayna started in 2019 as the Director of Business Development & Marketing and worked in that position until March 2022. From March 2022 onwards, they were promoted to Vice President of Marketing, demonstrating their continuous growth and advancement within the company.
Alayna Bolyard holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Biology, from Meredith College. Alayna also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the same institution.
