Jake Cook

Jake Cook currently serves as the SVP of Delivery in Professional Services at Infocenter since January 2023, with prior experience as both VP of Delivery and Program Manager. At Glew.io from May 2021 to February 2023, Jake held roles such as SVP of Operations, directing product development and operational enhancements, and Director of Application Support and Data, overseeing product support and data integration initiatives. Previously, Jake worked at LPL Financial from August 2017 to May 2021 as a Senior Product Owner, leading SCRUM teams and managing mobile and web development for advisor and investor platforms. Additionally, Jake has held various analyst positions, providing expertise in business requirements and process improvements. Early career experiences include internships in IS consulting and financial analysis. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from East Carolina University.
