Lori Ridgeway

Lori Ridgeway serves as the ServiceNow Employee Experience Practice Leader at Infocenter since December 2021, following a role as ServiceNow Practice Leader at Mercer. Previously, Lori held various leadership positions at Infocenter, Velocity Technology Solutions, and Diversey, focusing on HR service delivery, diversity and inclusion, and global HR systems management. Notable achievements include developing a business case for transitioning Sealed Air's HR system and implementing comprehensive diversity initiatives that involved extensive workforce engagement. Lori began a career with Hewitt Associates, where the role involved managing the implementation of PeopleSoft for HR outsourcing. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Business Management from Barat College of DePaul University.
