Mac Bleser currently serves as the Director of Infocenter's ENGAGE™ Design Studio, focusing on pioneering digital solutions using ServiceNow's platform. With a rich professional background, Mac has held various roles at Glew, including Strategic Advisor and Head of Product, where notable achievements included launching a free product tier and introducing advanced data analytics capabilities. Earlier experience includes positions as the Director of Product Design at Glew, where Mac scaled the business to significant growth and customer satisfaction, as well as roles at HubSpot as a Customer Advisory Board Member and as a User Interface Developer at OHO Interactive. Mac started a career in digital production with impactful contributions at Romney for President and Targeted Victory. Mac holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University.
