Alina Martin

Alina Martin has extensive experience in telecommunications and management, currently serving as a Retail Administrator at InfoCision Management Corporation since February 2014, where responsibilities include troubleshooting, handling escalations, conducting audits, and creating training materials. Previously, Alina held roles as an Order Manager and Telecommunicator within the same company, focusing on quality assurance and customer order processing. Before joining InfoCision, Alina worked as an Operator at PARTA from April 2005 to December 2011, earning a Commercial Driver’s License Class B and the 2500 Safe Driver Award for exemplary driving practices. Alina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from Kent State University, obtained between 2004 and 2011.
