Rajinder S Dhawan

Rajinder S Dhawan has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2010. In 2010, they began their career at TD as a Senior Quality Analyst (Automation), where they tested various TD in-house applications such as C3, S3, and BWeb. Rajinder S also designed and executed automation scripts using QTP/UFT. In 2012, they returned to TD Securities as a Senior Quality Analyst (Automation). In this role, they managed testing for assigned projects and releases, interacted with business team members to gather requirements, and participated in requirement gathering and JAD sessions. In 2017, they moved to TELUS Santé | TELUS Health as a Quality Analyst. Here, they analyzed, defined, and translated business and functional specifications into testing requirements. Rajinder S also created a functional testing framework using Selenium WebDriver, Python, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and Cucumber. In 2018, they returned to TD Securities as a Business Analyst (Salesforce) and Senior Quality Analyst. In this role, they liaised between the business client and technology team, assessed complexity of requests, managed Salesforce configuration and testing, and developed process enhancements through automation. In 2019, they joined Finastara as a Business Analyst - Salesforce. Here, they lead a collaborative team of business users and stakeholders, implemented pick lists, and provided business analysis, implementation, integration, configuration, and testing excellence in support of the Salesforce platform. Finally, in 2021, they began working at Infocodec Solutions Inc. as a Business Analyst. In this role, they developed requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, designed and developed workflow rules, configured user security permissions, and worked closely with the project manager to ensure project timelines were met.

Rajinder S Dhawan has been pursuing their education since 1982. Rajinder S obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan in 1985. In 2000-2001, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University. Rajinder S then went on to get their Master of Science (IT) from Vinayaka Missions University in 2011-2013. In 2022, they began taking courses at Trailhead by Salesforce to become a Salesforce Business Analyst. During this time, they also obtained two certifications: Certified Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). Rajinder S is still currently enrolled at Trailhead by Salesforce and is expected to complete their degree in 2032.
