Creators of highly engaging eLearning courses, bite-sized video learning, and instructor led training programs that creates real learning and lasting behavioral changes.

As a business or training professional, you want to make the most of your company's training investment, deliver effective results, and look good yourself as a result.

You don't want to re-create that (boring) training program you sat through in the past. You want training to be engaging, effective, one that your audience says "I really enjoyed that".

InFocus Training is your partner you can count on, that doesn't need to be micro-managed, can help you figure out what you need, how to do it, and can do it within your budget.

Many training programs and presentations are too heavily focused on "delivering content". Too much information, lackluster presentation, with little engagement. These are born out of a focus on knowledge objectives rather than what your audience needs to DO--a behavior shift directly aligned with your corporate initiatives. Real results come from being laser focused on the larger goal of what you want your audience to DO in their day to day work, not just LEARN.

We put business goals first, match the need with the right teaching and communication method, then produce engaging high quality eLearning, mobile learning, ITL / vILT, multimedia, and much more! We consider your audience's learning process and natural (intrinsic) motivation in the design. Then engage them and "create learning" through a blended approach of teaching methods, with high retention and understanding.
