Priya Pillai

Priya Pillai began their work experience as a Human Resources Recruiter (Intern) at Ignite IT Solutions in June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for validating new joiners' documents, maintaining employee files, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Priya also conducted pre-joining and post-joining follow-ups.

Starting in May 2019, Priya joined Infogen Labs Inc. as an HR Executive. In this position, they handled the entire recruitment cycle for technical requirements, including niche skills and bulk hiring. Priya utilized various methods such as job portals, databases, social media, and networking to identify candidates. Priya ensured that candidates' profiles aligned with business needs, job specifications, and required competencies. Additionally, they were responsible for onboarding new recruits, updating HR policies, and organizing employee engagement and team events. Priya possessed a good understanding of IT technologies, SDLC, and development methodologies in this role.

Priya Pillai pursued their education from 2017 to 2018 at the Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trusts S.B.Patil Institute of Management, located in Nigdi, Pune. Priya completed a degree in M.B.A, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
