Ana Roberta Novello

Ana Roberta Novello has extensive experience in IT governance and support, currently serving as an Analista em Governança de TI e ITSM at Infoglobo since April 2010. In this role, Ana Roberta focuses on enhancing and monitoring IT processes, including Problem, Change, and Incident Management, and oversees the operational functionality of the incident management system across multiple areas such as Technology, Human Resources, and Finance. Prior to this, Ana Roberta worked as a Support Analyst at Atos Origin - Infoglobo, leading a Service Desk team and providing local support for hardware and software for the Light client. Educational credentials include an MBA in IT Management from IGTI and a postgraduate degree in System Analysis and Projects from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
