Prior to their role at Infojini, Niharika worked as a Human Resources Intern at Spencer's Retail from September 2022 to October 2022. Spencer's Retail is a multi-format retailer that offers a wide range of quality products across various categories. They are known for their hypermarket stores and were the first to introduce the concept in India in 2000.

Niharika Yarra completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and HR from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from Berhampur University. Niharika'seducational journey began with a Commerce degree, also focused on Accounting, at Ben-Hur Public School.
