Farzana Islam

Farzana Islam has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Coordinator (Operations) at iNFiNiTiHR from 2009 to 2010. Farzana then moved to Oxford International School in 2010, where they served as Senior Assistant Coordinator. In 2011, Farzana started their role as Manager, HR and Admin at Vizrt Bangladesh Limited, where they were responsible for maintaining organization staff, coming up with new ideas for employee retention and motivation, overseeing the leave management system and employee database, and ensuring maintaining different registers and employment records. Finally, Farzana has been Manager, HR and Admin at Infolytx since 2017.

Farzana Islam has a comprehensive education history. In 2015, they obtained a Leadership Certificate in Managerial Communication from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. From 2009 to 2010, they earned an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Independent University, Bangladesh. Farzana also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Independent University, Bangladesh from 2003 to 2007, with a focus in Finance, General. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a Leadership Certificate in Managerial Communication from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
