Ms Gilbert was appointed to the Infomedia Board of Directors as Non-Executive Director effective from 1 March 2023. Ms Gilbert is currently the Executive Chair of Phil Gilbert Motor Group and has held various leadership roles including Managing Director of the group since 2011 and General Manager position between 2005 and 2011. Ms Gilbert is also a current Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee of Carsales.com.
Ms Gilbert has a proven track record in business transformation, having led Phil Gilbert Motor Group from a traditional `bricks and mortar’ business to a leading automotive omni-channel retail experience. Ms Gilbert has been a non-executive director of the Australian Automotive Dealers Association (AADA) since 2021.
Ms Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), having completed the Company Director’s Course in 2020.
