Ms Harker was appointed to the Infomedia Board of Directors as Non-Executive Director effective from 6 February 2023. Ms Harker is a recently retired assurance partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in her 22 years as a partner worked across a number of industries including automotive and technology. Ms Harker is an expert in audit and international financial reporting standards and worked with listed companies, large privately- owned businesses and not-for-profit entities.
Ms Harker has advised Boards, audit committees and management teams on a variety of complex areas including acquisitions and takeovers, large capital expenditure projects, divestments, debt raisings, initial public offerings, remuneration and the optimisation of internal controls.
Ms Harker holds a commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
