Andreas Bucher is currently the Head of Customer Care at Infoniqa, after the company acquired Die Sage Schweiz AG in December 2021. Previously, Andreas worked at Sage from November 2014 to December 2021, where Andreas held the title of Team Manager Customer Support Technics. Prior to that, Andreas was a Sales Assistant at Orange Communications SA and citydisc AG. Andreas also served in the Swiss Army as an Obergefreiter, with roles including Gruppenführer during events like Euro 08 and the Turnfest in Biel 2013. Additionally, Andreas completed a Berufslehre as a Mechapraktiker on Holzverarbeitungsmaschinen at Ineichen AG and holds a dipl. Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Höhere Fachschule Informatik.
