Jessica Gupta

Jessica Gupta is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and consumer goods sectors. Since April 2020, Jessica has served as the Chief Operating Officer at InfoPay, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and managing customer support initiatives. Prior to this position, Jessica held various roles at InfoPay, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Customer Support, and Customer Support Manager. Before joining InfoPay, Jessica worked at Dyson from March 2017 to April 2020 as an Operations Manager and held multiple positions from 2010 to 2017, including Manager of Workforce Management and Digital Support, Supervisor of Workforce Management and Digital Support, Customer Experience Online Advisor, and Customer Service Representative. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Louisiana State University.
