Michelle Laberge C.Adm serves as the Associate Director of the Marketing Communications service at Ville de Laval, leading a team of over 40 professionals to enhance citizen experience and promote the city brand. Involved as a Board Member at the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec, Michelle contributes to the CHRA and professional inspection committees. As a trainer at Infopresse, Michelle focuses on social marketing and communication planning. With a wealth of experience as a Strategic Advisor at M Conseils since 2013, Michelle specializes in customer-centric marketing, influencer relationships, and corporate communications for various prominent clients. Previous roles include leadership positions at RONA, MSL Group, Holt Renfrew, Birks & Mayors, and Clarins Canada, developing robust marketing strategies and brand management initiatives. Michelle holds a Post Graduate Degree in Public Communications from Université Laval.
