Aisha Ahmad

Aisha Ahmad is a Human Resources Executive at Infopro Learning, Inc since July 2022, responsible for onboarding, grievance handling, and maintaining internal HR systems for over 400 employees. Aisha created an organizational chart using Microsoft Visio and assists payroll heads in ensuring efficient payroll processes. Previously, Aisha worked as a Coordinator at SYNAPSE from 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included inviting dignitaries for webinars, recording podcasts with HR experts, managing social media, and organizing orientation sessions for MBA students. Aisha began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Toppr in 2021, assisting in recruitment and enhancing the recruitment experience. Aisha holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Jamia Millia Islamia, along with a 12th Standard qualification in Science from Ahlcon Public School.
