Dilshad Raza

Dilshad Raza serves as an Assistant Manager-Quality Inside Sales at Infopro Learning, Inc since December 2020, where responsibilities include conducting evaluations of sales interactions, collaborating with teams to develop training resources, analyzing sales data for process improvements, and managing outreach and Salesforce databases. Previously, Dilshad held the position of Quality Analyst at Wipro Limited from September 2017 to December 2020. Dilshad holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Analytics at IMT CDL Ghaziabad.
