Lali Liparteliani

Lali Liparteliani is a Senior HR Manager (Business Partner) at Infopulse since June 2018, overseeing HR lifecycle processes and focusing on employee development and satisfaction. Previous roles at Infopulse include HR Manager (People Relations), addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts, and Junior HR Manager, where responsibilities included onboarding and performance feedback. Lali also served as General Manager at NGO Emmaus from September 2014 to May 2018, leading initiatives for community integration and empowerment. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of the Sector of Budget Procurement at the Department of Culture of the Kharkiv City Council from November 2005 to February 2011, where public tenders were implemented, and organizational interests were safeguarded.
